I AM A VICTIM OF PATERNITY FRAUD I DESPERATELY NEED HELP In 2004 I was led to believe by Natasha Walker, the woman I was dating at that time, that she was going to give birth to a child that I supposedly fathered. So with the excitement of a new born child, I signed the voluntary acknowledgement of paternity not understanding the full ramification of the rights I was giving up by signing that acknowledgement. Nevertheless I was young and excited Natasha and I had a baby girl. As time began to pass, I wondered if the child was actually my biological child, my family is mixed of all races and shades so it was a difficult time for me. I finally got a DNA test on my own with the child and myself, when the results came back as I suspected I was not the father 0.00% chance of paternity. I immediately called Natasha the fraudulent mother to confront her, she began to cry and apologize telling me she loved me she was sorry, then she said she got raped 2 weeks before she met me, followed by her then becoming violent. I filed a restraining order against her, I also filed to have my name removed from paternity. At that time in 2005-2006 I hired a paralegal to help me file this case correctly, the courts were unable to serve Natasha the fraudulent mother because her parents kept lying saying Natasha did not reside with her parents in which she actually did. Nevertheless Natasha was nowhere to be found my paralegal as well as DES employees assured me I was okay. In 2008 the Department of Economic Security (DES) contacted my place of employment to see how much I got paid, and to also enforce me to pay for Natasha the fraudulent mothers daughter's insurance. I immediately contacted the DES worker Ms. Gentile I faxed a copy of the DNA test, along with my record of the restraining order as well as the filings for removal of paternity acknowledgement. The DES worker Ms. Gentile had me meet her in her Glendale office with all of my documents upon review she contacted Natasha the fraudulent mother and within a days’ time Natasha responded to Ms. Gentile and agreed that I was not the father after which DES did not go through with making me pay for insurance as well as child support. In 2011 the same thing happened again this time a different DES employee her name was Martha Cordova I did the same faxed her all of the documents she then contacted Natasha, Natasha told Ms. Cordova, the same as she told Ms. Gentile in 2008, that I was not the father and as before DES did not go through with making me pay for insurance as well as child support.
Now is where the horror begins. July of 2013 I get served by DES on behalf of Natasha that they want me to pay child support and insurance, so I immediately call the old paralegal and explain to her what was going on. She had me meet her at her office at which time she reviewed the new summons to appear in court for a child support hearing. The paralegal lead me to believe that I could show up to court with my negative DNA test, along with all of my other evidence. The mistake I made was not being able to afford to hire a real attorney, nevertheless, I was mentally going through a lot at that time by grandmother was dying and my mother was also in bad shape along with myself I scheduled an appointment to have a cyst removed from my body. I scheduled the cyst removal for October 17th, and I had thought the court date for the paternity hearing was scheduled for October 18th, a Thursday and Friday. I scheduled that time off of work and felt like I was going to be relieved of my cyst as well as the paternity order. Due to all of the stress from my cyst, my grandmother, my mother, and the fear of this paternity order I somehow mixed the court date up I was under the assumption that the court date was on October 18th, when it was actually October 17. As I went home from surgery on October 17th I gathered all of my court documents in preparation for court on the morning of October 18th, at which time I was devastated to realize I missed my court date I had the dates mixed up. I immediately called the paralegal again explained to her what happened. So she files a motion to reconsider based on my past proof of DNA test and other evidence. The court rejected the motion to reconsider as the court already ruled the judgment against me. I then hired another lawyer who also filled a motion to reconsider as well as a minute entry; all the while I got a hold of Natasha on Facebook and asked her why she was doing this to me. She replied with she knows the law and is basically taking advantage of it. So now were in 2015 they've garnished so much money from me I lost my home, my son who is 14, who I've raised almost 70% of the time since he has started school well now I've lost my son I had to give him to his mother because I have no home I've lost all of my money to poor litigation and they are taking $860 a month in child support for a child that isn't mine. This is paternity fraud it affects so many lives as it has completely devastated my life I feel as if I am slave, if we can free men and woman with DNA for crimes they have not committed why can't I use DNA evidence to free myself from paternity fraud, this woman lied had me to believe we were going to have a child. Once I got the results of the DNA test she always agreed I was not the father, now 10 years later she changes her mind and the same DES agency that agreed in 2008 and in 2011 that this was not my child, this agency has doomed me, I can't even provide for my real son, I am extremely depressed I've studied paternity fraud, I've researched, I've spoken with countless attorneys, I am aware that other states are now allowing men to challenge paternity fraud and free themselves of the burden of paying for someone else's child of which was created out of a secrete lie.
14 STATES IN AMERICA INCLUDING TEXAS HAVE CHANGED THE LAW ALLOWING MEN TO FREE THEMSELVES OF THIS CRIME TEXAS SENATE BILL 785 IS THE BEST EXAMPLE
THANK YOU, I desperately need help; I need to provide for my son. Joshua Kaltved

Hi Josh. Thanks for sharing about your experiences concerning paternity fraud. I can identify with you because I'm a victim of it too. Paternity fraud is not a crime in my country. The legal system and most lawyers don't take it seriously here. Visit for Australian Paternity Fraud.com for details of the situation here. Have you contacted Paternity Fraud.com ? Maybe they can refer you to professional legal advice. There should be compulsory DNA tests for all newborns to protect men from the injustice of paternity fraud. We would then not be in this unjust situation. If you need any further support then feel free to post here. Cheers Redpill
